Three Factories in Shenzhen and Changzhou
We have three factories. One is in Changzhou and the main products are computer cables and USB data cables. The other two are in Shenzhen and the main products are wall chargers, car chargers, wireless chargers, and USB data cables. We build factories in Shenzhen because we can get a strong design, R&D capability, and abundant resources, especially for smartphone accessories, and home/wall/car chargers.

We do IQC, IPQC, and FQC under the quality management system of ISO 9001, which is audited by SGS.
Supplying with CE, FCC and UL Certifications
For social compliance, we have BSCI. For hazardous substances, we have RoHS, Prop 65, and REACH. For quality management, we have ISO 9001. For safety, we have CE, FCC and UL. For member certificates, we have MFi and USB association certifications. For USB products, we also have A male to Type-C 2.0 certificate.

We have our own factories, one in Changzhou and the other in Shenzhen. Our Changzhou factory produces HDMI cables and computer cables and the advantage is low cost. Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
QC system based on ISO 9001 quality management system can give you stable quality. We also have a complete set of testing machines. For HDMI cables, we will test them 4 times before we ship them to the customer, and for data cable, we will test each piece by cable tester and then by smartphone to make sure every single piece can work well.
Quality Control Procedures
We do IQC, IPQC and FQC under the quality management system of ISO 9001. For the USB cable, we have four tests, including the soldering test, inner molding test, outer molding test and final HDTV test. For the USB data cable, we have three tests, including the soldering test, molding test and final iPad/smartphone test. Our warranty period is one year. For any quality issues during this period, we will provide free products for replacement.
